Aunt Chilada has always enjoyed cooking for her friends and family and takes great pride in her restaurant. Whenever there is a party, you know where to find her (no, not under the bar.)
She always wanted to discover the culinary secrets of her native ancestors. Once her kids had grown up, she decided to take a road trip. She packed up her Prius and headed to Mexico to uncover the culinary secrets of the local cooks. Her travels yielded various treats: a salsa which used an ancient method of roasting chilies & unique recipes for seafood and chicken.
Aunt Chilada also frequented a few good cantinas and learned to use only fresh squeezed lime juice and the finest tequila for her margaritas. So kick back, relax and enjoy her place. She wouldn't have it any other way!!!<
